performance/installation

the vintage perfume bottle is a trace of a performance from the opening of the exhibition where deubner collected one drip of spit from each of the fellow exhibiting artists while singing a self composed song named dressed in spit. in a ritual gesture they sprayed all the 'groups essence‘ in the corners of the exhibition hall to mark their territory in a playful and childish way.

voicing exercise 1
sound installation

the records of humming were taken with a phone in public spaces during moments of noise. a composition of random choirs and chants show the possibility of raising one's voice together with others. we might find strength in sounding together - when we layer our time and voices.

in a dark staged environment the song unfolds the abiguity of dressing. putting on clothes can mean both protection and revelation.
